Each week I'll be offering you 3 words to let guide you for the week, an instant inspiration quote (picked just for you), and a channeled message from my spirit guides Ray. The Wellness Guide is a tool that will help you keep your energy pointed in the right direction. Here's Your Wellness Guide For February 27th To March 5th
3 Words To Let Guide You For The Week
- For this week, you're encouraged to begin your days with meditation. This meditation is a little different. I am going to ask that you find a quiet space and just focus on your breathing. Please leave out the guided meditation CDs and music. As you are breathing in and out you're going to say the following words (in your head) with each inhale (peace, clarity, flow ~ one at a time). So for example: you'll breathe in the word peace and then breathe out. You'll then breathe in the word clarity and then breathe out. You'll then breathe in the word flow and then breathe out. After you've done each word, start the process all over again. 15 minutes a day of this "In & Out" meditation is good enough. Stick to it for this week and be sure to make a mental note of any changes that you experience as a result.
- You'll be meditating this week, which will help you be more open and receptive to new ideas & experiences. Be sure to write down any flashes of insight that you receive. You may not use the ideas right away, but be sure to write them down. Inspiration doesn't hit you all at once, but once you start to honor your ideas by writing them down, you'll see things start to come together in a way that's new and inspiring. Be sure to also be receptive to any good that comes your way. Don't deflect. If someone offers you help ~ accept it. If someone gives you something nice ~ accept it. If someone offers you a compliment ~ don't deflect by searching for a compliment to offer back ~ just accept it. You're being encouraged to tune in and be more receptive to receiving new inspiration, insight, and good things this week.
- At the end of each night this week, take out your journal and write down all the good things that happened to you throughout the day. It doesn't matter how small it is. Someone may have smiled at you, or opened the door for you, or just let you go in traffic. Notice and write down those things. Having a "good things" journal is a great way to get into the state of appreciation. All three of the guide words for this week are meant to work together. First you clear space, then you remain open to receive guidance & good things, and then you radiate gratitude. Work on getting into that flow this week and notice any changes that happen as a result.

Sometimes the messages come through another person, sometimes you can feel us around, and sometimes we communicate through your dreams. There are many different ways for us to communicate with you.
As our friend Renee here relaxes, she receives the signal that we send to her and translates that signal into words. It's the same thing that you do when you recognize the signs that are all around you. She knows that we are always there, relaxes, tunes in, and then translates our message.
Life is like that too. Signals are all around you. There's a source of love, there's a source of joy, there's a source of happiness, a pool of great ideas, solutions, etc.
As you relax and allow, you pull solutions, resources, and different ideas from that pool of the Infinite. We want you to begin to focus on the infinite possibilities that are around you. Meditation helps you do that. It helps clear some space so that you are more receptive to the possibilities around you. When the mind is too busy & too noisy you can't grab hold of the solutions that are trying to get to you.
So for this week, you're encouraged to clear space, to be receptive to new ideas, to write them down, and radiate appreciation. That state is a fantastic state of being to be in.
We want to share something with you. Manifestation is the uninterrupted current of a creative idea from the Infinite, to you, through you, and then out into the world. What that means is that you receive a signal from the Infinite (the creative idea), you are inspired to act, and then you begin to bring that idea to life.
Now sometimes fear gets in the way of that current. Sometimes doubt gets in the way of that current. Sometimes, other people's opinions stop the current of that creative idea, but the idea doesn't go away. The process just gets slowed down.
For this week, you're encouraged to keep the channel of those creative impulses as clear and doubt free as possible, to believe in your ability to bring your creative ideas to life, to be receptive, trust, and radiate gratitude. That is the ideal state of being to be in. Practice it.
It's the joy of life to be able to connect in that way, and as always, we will do our best to point you in the direction of your joy. Your connection to the Infinite and bringing your ideas to life is a source of joy. Tune in!
